Construction:
Wide range of cloths made of different materials : glass fibre 550
°C or 750 °C, ceramic fibre, carded HT glass fibre, silica
and PANXIDE fibre.
Reinforced with stainless steel wires, treated with silicone, ruberized,
aluminized, impregnated with vermiculite.
Application:
Protection against heat and insulation, condensate proof pipe covering,
fireproof blankes and curtains, compensating joints, protective clothing
and garnments, in shipyards, railway. aeronautic, metallurgic and
chemical field.
Plain cloth can be aluminized in order to reduce fraying
by cutting and as further protection against heat.
Available in different widths and thicnesses (from 0,18 up to 3 mm).
Glass
fibre cloth 550 °C treated with silicone
Glass fibre cloth is treated with red or grey silicone on one
or two sides to ensure protection against liquids and welding splashes.
Glass
fibre cloths 550 °C and 750 °C reinforced with stainless
steel and treated
Stainless steel reinforcement both in warp and in welf to
ensure the highest tensile strenght.
Cloth can be aluminized in order to reduce fraying by cutting and
as further protection against heat or can be also treated with red
or grey silicone on one or two sides to ensure protection against
liquids and welding splashes.
Smokeless
glass fibre cloth
Glass fibre cloth are subjected to special treatments so they
do not develop smoke when put into use and they guarantee an excellent
resistance against heat and, if impregnated with vermiculite, against
flame.
They are available in different widths and weights.
Ceramic
and carded HT glass fibre cloth
Cloths can be treated and altered by differnt ways:
- alluminized (to reduce fraying by cutting)
- rubberized (with neoprene, natural rubber, EPDM)
- treated by silicone (protection against liquids and welding
splashes)
We can also offer preoxidized ceramic fibre cloth which guarantees
constant resistance against the highest temperatures (up to 1260 °C).
Amorphous
silica cloth
Excellent resistance to high temperatures, up to 1200 °C (melting
point 1650 °C).
