IQ
The second generation of intelligent, non-intrusive electric valve actuators. The IQ range offers multi and 1/4 turn isolating/ regulating duty. Torque range 14 - 3000 Nm direct drive, up to 137,000 Nm 1/4 turn and up to 40,800 Nm multi-turn.

  • Simple non-intrusive, infra red setup and adjustment.
  • Digital, analogue or bus system remote control and status reporting.

IQT
For quarter turn applications, the IQT is designed for direct drive, and can be mounted at any operating angle. The rugged construction is double sealed to prevent water and dust ingress even during site wiring.
Torque range 50 - 2000 Nm.

  • Available for 3 phase, single phase or DC supplies.
  • Variable output speed.
  • Secure self locking output for butterfly valve and dampers without the use of additional brakes.

AWT
Combine the qualities of a robust electric motor and a well proven simple mechanical drive. Total environmental sealing to IP68.
Torque range 14 - 3000 Nm direct drive, up to 137,000 Nm 1/4 turn and up to 40,800 Nm multi-turn.

  • Separate motor control available where required (syncroset actuator).

IQM
Combines Rotork's motor and gearing technology developed over 40 years, with the latest electronic techniques used in IQ to produce the IQM modulating range. Torque range 12 - 550 Nm. With linear output IQML Thrust 16 Kn - 55 Kn. Up to 1200 starts/hour. S4 - 50 % duty. Dynamic breaking facility, for high accuracy.

NA
Rotork NA range actuators have been qualified for safety related duty in nuclear reactor installations. The qualification is in accordance with US standard IEEE 382, 1980. Total environmental sealing IP68.
Designed for active and passive duty. Inside and outside containment capability.
Q
The Q range is a single phase quarter turn direct drive electric actuator available in two versions both environmentally sealed to IP68. Q standard for simple open/close duties where on/off control is required and the Q Pak which incorporates a specially designed control interface module enabling operation from a variety of remote control signals. Torque range 30 - 406 Nm.
 
Skilmatic
Rotork Skilmatic linear and quarter turn actuators are compact and robust, self contained electric units with an internal hydraulic drive for both modulating and failsafe two position control. The actuators combine simple electric operation with precision of hydraulics control and the reliability of spring powered failsafe action. Linear thrust 0.66 to 70 KN. 1/4 turn torque's 24 to 7300 Nm.
Jordan
Jordan offers a wide range of rotary and linear electric actuators with low to medium torque and highly accurate positioning, and high torque high speed electro-hydraulic actuators where precise repeatability is required. Ideal for dampers, slide valves. Small linear actuators for control valves.
Large damper actuators. Fast acting, accurate positioning.
GP, P, SP, CP
Single and double acting modular construction scotch yoke actuators. Torque output between 20 - 600,000 Nm. Corrosion resistant cylinders. Ductile iron and carbon steel construction.
Max. allowable working pressure of up to 12barg (174 psig).
 
GH, H
Single and double acting modular construction scotch yoke actuators. Torque output between 20 - 600,000 Nm. Max. allowable working pressure up to 210 barg (3045 psig).
RP, RH
Single and double acting hydraulic and pneumatic rack and
pinion actuators. Carbon steel and nodular cast iron compact modular construction. Electroless nickel plated cylinder for internal corrosion protection. Torques up to 3,700 Nm.
GO, HPG
Single and double acting high-pressure gas scotch yoke actuator. Torque output up to 600,000 Nm. Direct and indirect gas solutions. Operating pressure up to 210 barg (200 - 3045 psig).
 
LP, LH
Single and double acting pneumatic and hydraulic linear
actuators to suit all valve sizes and configurations. Full thrust range up to 400.000 N spring return and 3,000,000 N double acting. Electroless nickel-plated cylinders complete with chromium-plated piston rods.
Open type adaption with bottom flange machined to suit
valve top works available.
Hammer blow and standard coupling designs available.
EH
Single and double acting, linear and 90° electrohydraulic
actuators for heavy duty fail safe applications. Local/remote push buttons and manual override facilities available. Self-contained system providing reduced installation costs. DC and single phase versions available. Torque output up to 250,000 Nm.
