Product description

Thread sealant made of graphite with a purity of at least 99,5 % meeting the requirements for applications in the primary zones of nuclear power plants. The carrier is a petroleum fraction also of nuclear quality. Conforms to General Electric Corp.

• Maximum operating temperature up to 635 °C.
• Continuous working medium pressure up to 52 MPa.
• Temperature stable, prevents thread corrosion.
• Non-hardening and easy to disassemble.
• Acts as a lubricant and "antiseize" - anti-seize paste.

Application

• Suitable for sealing smaller thread diameters with tight tolerances.
• Replaces thread seals, Teflon tapes, especially at higher temperatures.
