Teflon sealing tape

The tape has a very low coefficient of friction, which makes it easier to screw together and prevents the joints from dropping. It is non-flammable, non-ageing and non-toxic.

Product description

PTFE is a unique sealing material with universal chemical resistance for use at extremely high temperatures.

  • From -200 °C to 260 °C.
  • It has a very low coefficient of friction, which facilitates bolting and prevents joints from sinking.
  • It is non-flammable, non-ageing and non-toxic.

Teflon tape is not 100% diffusion resistant. Therefore, for high pressure equipment, it is recommended to use a relatively high density tape.
